Perfil de Marcos Fernández Gutiérrez

Marcos Fernández Gutiérrez has a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Cantabria, a Masters degree in Political Science from the University of Pompeu Fabra and from the Johns Hopkins University as well as a Doctors degree in European Economy from the University of Cantabria. At the moment he is researcher within the university faculty training program (FPU) of the Ministry of Education. He is accredited as PhD Assistant Professor for the National Agency National Quality Assessment and Accreditation Agency of Spain (ANECA). He also worked as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Milan (Italy). His interest fields in research cover the regulation of public services from the perspective of the citizens, the economy of education and the analysis of public employment. His research results have been presented in more than 30 national and international scientific conferences and published in reviews like Revista de Educación, CIRIEC-España Revista de Economía Pública, Social y Cooperativa,Revista de Economía Mundial y Annals of Public and Cooperative Economics. Moreover, Marcos Fernández has worked as consultant for institutions like the Ministry of Education, the Foundation ONCE and the Economic and Social Council.
