On 16–19 September 2014, the European Association for International Education (EAIE) is celebrating its 26th Annual EAIE Conference in Prague, Czech Republic. The theme is 'Stepping into a new era', marking the significant transformations of the international education field.
Internationalisation of higher education has gone from strength to strength over the last 25 years and higher education professionals are now looking to the next steps in internationalisation. This comes at a time when the dynamic field of international education is undergoing some of the greatest transformations ever, in all aspects of teaching, learning and administration. Will these transformations change the mould of the traditional higher education institution? What do the next 25 years have in store? The 2014 EAIE Conference will discuss these very questions in its diverse workshops and conference sessions.
