CRPG offers a wide range of services to its clients. These services comprise: guidance and employment support – including vocational guidance, assessment, the development of jobseeking skills among those with traumatic brain injury, the management and research of professional solutions, consultancy services to companies, return-to-work services, specialised information, recruitment and career management advice and support for self-employed people; physical-functional rehabilitation and technical aids – including functional rehabilitation, assessment of workers’ capacities, rehabilitation programmes, provision of technical aids, consultancy services on accessibility of work, speech therapy, psychological intervention, counselling, client training, as well as the design, manufacturing and sale of products; vocational training – including the development of employability skills as a capacity to succeed in one’s professional and active life, qualification training paths, social integration training routes, as well as on-the-job training initiatives; work re-adaptation – including renewed energy and mobilisation in resuming professional activity, basic employability skills development, updated knowledge of the labour market and professional contexts, as well as retraining; disability management – including risk assessment auditing, an intervention plan for risk reduction, monitoring the implementation of such a plan, as well as impact assessment.
