Cecilia Olsson works as project manager and researcher at the research foundation (ALA) for The Swedish National Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability's (FUB). Ninja Smart is one of the many projects she has carried out in the past few years. Cecilia Olsson also works as a special educational supervisor at the upper secondary school, Häggviks Gymnasiumn. She is also secretary for the Swedish Association for Cognitive Support.
