FIRAH: Call for projects 2014

The fifth call for projects by FIRAH (International Foundation of Applied Disability Research) is launched. FIRAH is the first foundation entirely dedicated to applied disability research. Founded in 2009 and state-approved, it finances research involving field workers, including associations, and researchers via calls for projects.
This call for projects aims to select and fund applied research projects on disability for individualized quality support, an inclusive environment and technical solutions contributing to autonomy and communication. It requests ways of participatory research demonstrating a mesh between researchers, people with disabilities, their families and their organizations, professionals ... The dissemination and valorization of the produced knowledge will be open and will serve the greatest number.
Dates for the call for projects 2014
- - Online posting of the call for projects 2014: January, 10th 2014
- - Closing date for letters of intent: March, 21st 2014
- - Announcement to project leaders regarding pre-selected letters of intent: June, 27th 2014
- - Closing date for completed application files: September, 26th 2014
- - Announcement to project leaders regarding the selected completed applications: December, 15th 2014
