Profile of Brahm Norwich

Brahm Norwich is Professor of Educational Psychology and Special Educational Needs at the Graduate School of Education, University of Exeter (2000-present). He was formerly Professor of Special Needs Education, Institute of Education, London University (1996-99). He has worked as a teacher, a professional educational psychologist and researched and published widely in these fields.
His books are on ‘Moderate learning difficulties and the future of inclusion’ (Routledge 2005) ‘Special pedagogy for special children: pedagogies for inclusion’ (with Ann Lewis – Open University Press); ‘Dilemmas of difference, disability and inclusion: international perspectives’ (Routledge 2008) SEN a new look (Continuum Publishers, 2010) (with Mary Warnock and Lorella Terzi).
