Summary:
- - Worked for the last 27 years as an advisory teacher of inclusion. Disabled Rights Activist. Represented UK Disabled Peoples Movement in drafting UNCRPD especially Article 24.
- - Ran Disability Equality in Education for 17 years which produced many resources and trained 150,000 teachers and educationalists in UK on Inclusive Education and Disability equality.
- - Made a film on Reasonable Adjustments for UK Government.
- - More recently since 2009 set up and run World of Inclusion Ltd which has provided consultancy to many countries and international organisations these include the Commonwealth, UNICEF and World Bank. Countries include Argentina, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Du Bai, Kenya, India, Bhutan and most European Countries.
- - Currently woring with Light for the World on developing an Inclusion Policy Framework for South Sudan. Last year with UNICEF on REAP Project Preparing teachers for children with disabilities.
- - Currently founder and coordinator of UK Disability History Month.
